Face Focus LLC is a Chicago-based beauty brand founded by Tequila Williams, specializing in professional hair and makeup services, beauty artistry, and creative beauty experiences. With over 17 years of experience in the beauty industry, Tequila has built a reputation for delivering polished, confidence-boosting looks tailored to each client’s unique style and vision.

Face Focus LLC provides professional makeup services, hairstyling, beauty shoots, bridal beauty, branding content, and on-set beauty support for photoshoots, productions, and special events. Known for creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail, the brand focuses on enhancing natural beauty while creating elevated, camera-ready results.

Through years of experience working with clients, photographers, creatives, and brands, Face Focus LLC has become recognized for high-quality beauty services and a personalized client experience. Whether preparing clients for weddings, editorial shoots, branding sessions, or special occasions, the mission is always to help every client feel confident, beautiful, and seen.

FACE FOCUS LLC POLICIES

BOOKING POLICY  
A non-refundable/ non-transferrable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Remaining balances are due on the day of service.

CANCELLATION POLICY  
Same-day cancellations and no-shows may require full payment before booking future appointments.

LATE POLICY  
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on availability. Late arrivals may also result in shortened service time to avoid impacting other scheduled clients.

NO EXTRA GUESTS  
To maintain a professional and comfortable environment, extra guests are not permitted unless approved in advance.

PAYMENT POLICY  
Face Focus LLC accepts approved electronic payments and cash payments. Full payment is required before final services are completed.

REFUND POLICY  
Due to the nature of beauty services, all services and deposits are non-refundable. If adjustments are needed, clients must communicate concerns during the appointment so they can be addressed immediately.

TRAVEL POLICY  
Travel services are available for weddings, productions, and special events. Travel fees may apply based on location, parking, and setup requirements.

PHOTOS & CONTENT  
Face Focus LLC reserves the right to photograph or record completed work for portfolio, website, and social media purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the appointment.

HEALTH & SAFETY  
For the safety of all clients, services may be refused if a client has a contagious illness, skin condition, or any issue that could compromise sanitation standards.

By booking with Face Focus LLC, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies.
